Last Contact: Last time that the NedCare device reported to the admin server
Active: NedCare device is currently reporting to the Admin server. True= "*", False = ""
In-Call: The NedCare device is currently in an active call. True= "*", False = ""
Version: Software version on the NedCare device. Suffix "r" denotes "release", suffix "x" denotes "experimental"
First Name: First name of the Resident
Last Name: Last name of the Resident
Prompt: Phonetic name of the Resident, used by the NedCare device when verbalizing prompts
Contacts: Button to access the Resident's contacts list
Logs: Button to access the activity log on the NedCare device
Actions: Button to access the Actions modal, for remote execution of specific activities
Delete: Deletes the records associate with this Resident, removes database associations with this NedCare device
Lock: Button to prevent this Resident from being connected to an active WebRTC cmeeting rom
Settings: Button to access the Settings modal, for configuring Resident application preferences
Enabled: NedCare account is currently enabled. Enabled = "1", Disabled = "0"
Contacts: Use the Contacts configured for this Resident. True = "1", False = "0"
Call Primary: Override the normal call prompts to force an outgoing call, to the highest priority contact, on a Resident button press. True = "1", False = "0"
Power: Enable control of Toggle Power
Volume: Volume for speaker (0-100), requires reboot of NedCare computer
IP: IP address assigned to the NedCare device by the Wipstream router
MAC: MAC address of the Wipstream router
Plugin Contact: Last date and time that the full Resident plugin has contacted the server (last Heartbeat)
Alert Email: Email address to be used by the Admin server when sending out alert emails
Account: Unique identifier, GUID
ImageUrl: URL of the image used for the Resident account
Created (GMT): Date and time of Account creation
Cell Number: The cell number for this contact. The cell number is used as a primary key for lookup and validation.
First Name: First name of the Contact
Last Name: Last name of the Contact
Prompt: Phonetic name of the Contact, used by the NedCare device when verbalizing prompts
Service: Service name of the Contact, used by the NedCare device when making a call using the videoconferencing service (Amazon Alexa, Google Meet). Always required, but can be used to differ from the Prompt Name if required
Priority: Order, from highest (smallest number) to lowest (largest number), in which the names are presented to the Resident
Email: Contact's email address, used for Admin messaging (e.g., notice of service interruptions)
Call: Triggers a call request announcement to the Resident, using the name for that contact.
Force: Forces an outgoing call from the Resident to that contact
Delete: Delete this contact record
Validated: This contact has installed the PWA and validated their minimum contact information (First Name, Cell Number) using OTP
Force Call: If set to "1", the PWA displays the Force Call option (and the Toggle Power option) on the main screen
Enabled: The contact is currently part of the validated (and permitted) contacts list. Enabled = "1", Disabled = "0"
Created (GMT): Date and time of Contact creation
